The total rental amount is due upon arrival, as well as a cheque for €250 as a deposit
(returned at the end of the stay following inspection of the apartment).

 

 

GENERAL TERMS OF RESERVATION

Bookings are considered confirmed and definitive upon receipt of a deposit in the form of a cheque for 30% of the total stay amount.

The client's contact-information file must also be complete (telephone, mailing address, e-mail, etc.).

 

 

 

GENERAL TERMS OF CANCELATION
Cancelations 21 or more days prior to arrival. Your deposit is fully reimbursed (or, if you prefer, applied to your next stay).
Cancelations 20 or less days prior to arrival. No reimbursement is possible.

Early departures may not be reimbursed.
